What item location should I select to check out my order?
The product states where the item locates in the title.
Like "13FT Air Track (USA)", it means that the item locates in the USA, and it only ships to the address in the USA.
If the product title says "UK", it means that the item locates in the UK, and it only ships to the address in the UK.
If the product title says "EU", it means that the item locates in the Germany, and it can ship to all the European Union countries.
If the product title says "Canada", it means that the item locates in the Canada, and it only ships to the address in Canada.
How to check out my order?
1. Choose the item (size, color, type, etc).
2. Add the item you chose to your shopping cart. (Or just simply click "Buy It Now" to continue).
3. Go to shopping cart, confirm the item and quantity, and then click "CHECK OUT".
4. Fill up your email and shipping address. Click "Continue to shipping".
5. Confirm the shipping and product(s), click "Continue to payment".
6. Choose the right payment method, and "Pay now". Accept payment methods are Credit Card, PayPal and Klarna.
7. Order confirmed. A confirmation notification will be sent to your email.
Is shipping free?
Yes, shipping is free for customers in the USA, UK, and Germany. Customers from other European Union countries and Canada would be charged shipping fee, which is calculated at checkout.
Will there be any customs clearance fee?
There will be no customs clearance cost or any other fee after order confirmed.
Why am I charged in US dollors if I do not come from the US?
Our site uses US dollar as the standard currency at checkout. We process all orders in USD. While your cart is currently displayed in your local currency, you will checkout using USD at the most current exchange rate.
How long does it take to receive my package?
The shipping takes about 5-7 days for orders from the USA and Canada, 3-5 days from the UK and Germany, and 5-7 days from other EU countries.
Do I need an account to place an order?
You do not need an account to place an order. But we recommend you to create an account, so that you could check the status of your order anytime you login.
How do I track my order?
Any update, including the tracking number, for your order will be sent to you via email. Please make sure your email address is correct when you check out your order.
How can I cancel or change my order?
If you want to cancel or change your order, please contact us with your order number within 12 hours after ordering. Or send us email to support@fb-sport.com
What payment methods are accepted?
The payment methods we accept are PayPal, Klarna, and Credit/Debit Card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, JCB, American Express, Discover, Diners Club).
Is online purchase safe?
Yes, orders off our website are 100% safe. FBsport is an increasingly well-known brand, who is doing long-term business, in this industry.
Also, your purchase is protected by PayPal, or the bank that issues your card.
Why is the discount code not applicable to my order?
The discount code is inapplicable to the products that are already on a big sale.
I am not able to check out my order. It says item does not ship to my address.

How do I contact your support if something wrong with the item I bought?
Should you have any questions or problems with the product you bought from us, you could contact us with your order number and detailed information, or email us directly - support@fb-sport.com, no matter where you bought it, as long as the product is from Fbsport.
How do I file a return request if I want to return the product I purchased?
You could send us a ticket, or email us (support@fb-sport.com) if you want to return the product you bought. Please include the order number and the reason why you want to return it.
Am I supposed to contact you through the website if I did not buy the item off the site?
Yes, you could contact us as long as the product is from Fbsport, no matter where you bought it.
Questions regarding Air Tracks
Where to find the airtrack I am looking for?
Currently, we sell air tracks in the USA, the UK, and the European Union Countries. Please check all the shops for airtrack in here, and click the right shop based on your location.
What is the difference between regular airtracks and the carbon fiber ones?
They are technically the same. The only difference is the material of the side. And the fiber carbon version is a little stronger.
What is an airfloor?
The 2-meter wide tumble mat is specially named airfloor. In other words, the airfloor is 2-meter wide airtrack.
Which thickness of the airtrack should I choose?
Generally, thicker airtrack (8in/20cm) is bouncier and usually for younger athletes as they are starting out.
Thinner or less thick airtrack (4in/10cm) is firmer and like the tumble track in the gym. So this is meant for older and more experienced athletes.
Is a pump included in the package?
Yes, all Fbsport airtracks originally include an electric pump.
How do I correctly set up an airtrack?
To avoid any mistake, please check this video to inflate your airtrack.
The airtrack I received does not fin in the carrying bag.
Please do not fold the airtrack in half before rolling up. please check this video for your reference.
How to locate where a hole is on the airtrack?
Inflate your airtrack, spray some soapy water on it (especially the valve area), and check bubbles to locate where the hole is.
My airtrack deflates over one night, but can't find where the leak is. What should I do?
The issue is probably on the valve.
Firstly, please try to use the plastic wrench, which is in the repair kit, to tighten up the valve more.
If it does not work, please try to put a washer between the 2 parts of the valve to see if it works? You could use the repair patch to make one.

Questions regarding Paddle Boards
Where can I find the paddle board I am looking for?

My paddle board leaks from the edge of the valve. What should I do?
Try to use the plastic wrench (in the repair kit) to unscrew the valve, and then move it forward a little to the leaking area direction , then tightly screw it up again.
How do I correctly set up a paddle board?
To avoid any mistake, please check this video to set up your paddle board.
Air instantly comes out from the valve when I pull off the hose after inflating completed. There is no way can I close the valve cap that quickly.
Before you put the pump hose into the valve to start the inflating, you'll have to make sure the valve core spring is on the pop-out position (close position).
Here is how to switch the position of the valve core spring, press the spring and turn it around.
When the spring pops out, it is on the close position.
When the spring is pressed in, it is on the open position.
It seems that the valve core spring is on open postion (pressed in) before you put the hose into the valve.
Is my paddle board able to be equipped with a kayak seat?
The kayak seat is only for the paddle boards that have 4pcs of D-rings on the top surface of the board.
The gauge on the pump does not work.
Firstly, try to screw the gauge a little more tightly.
The gauge normally moves when the board is inflated really hard.
We recommend you to blow it up in dual action at first. When the board is getting pretty hard, you switch to single action. You will be seeing the gauge moving soon.
You probably need to put your body weight into it in the end. It takes about 10 minutes of pumping.
The adjustable paddle does not stay locked in position.
